Contracting products at the branch office

Process of contracting services at the branch offices through an eSignature performed at the branch office with OTP sent to the customer by SMS.

The customer performs an electronic signature offline in a branch office.

1. The PDF document that is going to be signed is shown to the user in an ATM or kiosk.

2. The user reads the document and clicks the sign button.

3. The user receives an OTP (One Time Password) by SMS in their mobile phone and introduces it to the application.

4. The PDF has been electronically signed with a natural person electronic certificate and a qualified time stamp.
