This partnership allows customers to digitally sign a wide range of agreements with their suppliers and partners, directly within the Onventis platform.

Onventis elevates their Contract Lifecycle Management with Signicat's eSigning solution

The Challenge
Onventis provides a modular SaaS product portfolio that helps companies digitally transform their Source-to-Pay processes. The clear goal of the new Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution is to enable a seamless end-to-end experience for creating, managing, and signing contracts. This required a powerful and secure electronic signing solution that could be deeply embedded into their platform and meet the diverse needs of their customers for signing service agreements, purchase orders, NDAs, and more.

The Solution
Signicat's electronic signing solution was chosen for its flexibility and compliance with European standards. This means that identities can be reliably verified in accordance with eIDAS, and electronic signatures can be issued with full legal validity. This increases contract security, especially business-critical documents requiring strong evidential value. By default, Advanced Electronic Signatures (AES) are available to customers, covering more than 90 percent of common use cases. The collaboration between Signicat's Global Solutions team and Onventis ensured a smooth integration, providing a seamless and instantly available signing solution within the Onventis platform.
