How to configure Status page notifications
If you are currently receiving emails from Signicat’s status page (https://status.signicat.com/) regarding all and future products offered by Signicat, this is because you are subscribed to all components by default, many of which are not relevant to you. Please take the time to update these settings to ensure that you get relevant and critical information regarding your products in a timely manner.
You can easily adjust your subscription preferences as described below.
1. Visit https://status.signicat.com/
2. Click the "Subscribe to updates" button.
3. In the popup window that appears, type in the email address that is registered to receive updates from the Signicat Status Page.
4. Now click the “Subscribe via email" button. You will likely need to complete a captcha to continue.
5. Deselect any components that you do not own. You can do this by clicking the checkbox to the correlating component. You can also deselect all components by clicking “select none” at the top of the components-element.
6. Click "Save", and you are done.
